Requirements
- Site must recieve at least 100 visitors a day
- Site must be updated at least once per month
- Site must have an attractive layout
- Site must have a decent amount of content
- Site must be at least 3 months old
- Site's content must be original
- Site must link back to Rated O
- Site must be related to gaming, movies, or cartoons
